Hey friend,
Ever felt the sting 😣 of knowing the right thing to do but just not doing it? You're not alone. I've grappled with the Knowledge-Practice Gap for years.
Two books 📚, "Atomic Habits" by James Clear and "Tiny Habits" by BJ Fogg, gave me a fresh perspective. Inspiring me to think 🤔 differently about the choices we make and actions we take.
Picture this 🖼️: I knew the importance of consistent exercise 🏃, yet there I was, every evening, sinking into the couch 🛋️ instead of hitting the jogging track. The gap seemed like a yawning abyss.
One day, it hit me 💡. The problem wasn't insurmountable; I was just approaching it from the wrong angle.
𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗮𝗽
Instead of planning an hour-long workout session, I started with just a 10-minute jog, in the spirit of 'Tiny Habits'. Small, yes, but a step in the right direction. And it worked!

Why? Because the brain loves success 🏆, no matter how small. Every tiny victory, like the 'Atomic Habits' suggests, was fuel ⛽ to my motivation, propelling me forward.
A Roadmap to Success: Celebrating Every Achievement
So, if you're battling the Knowledge-Practice Gap, remember this:
𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹: Break down the task.
𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 🎉 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: No matter how minor.
Because every small step you take is a step toward closing that gap, and trust me, the journey is worth it.
